Drop down menu missing

    Hi! the drop down menu of my site is missing. I’ve checked the menu system and everything is in there. I also created a new menu but still the drop down menu isn’t working. My theme is already expired and I cannot upgrade it’s a paid one and I don’t have access on it anymore. How can I fix this?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I deactivated all the plugins and still not working. I think I need to change the theme but I’m afraid it would change the whole lay-out and I need to re-do everything.
