Drop Down Menu Missing/Can't Fully Edit Posts

There seems to be a lot of things I all of a sudden can’t do on my blog. Not sure if they are all related to each other or to the new update, but would love to know how to fix them if possible.

The things I can’t do:
– Drop Down Menu doesn’t drop down
– Can’t add hyperlinks to my text and other editing issues (couldn’t type anything in SEO Yoast form in the edit section)
– According to wordpress.com when I sign in is says I don’t have a site, yet under my profile edits is says I do
– My blog button seems to display an error message when others use it

I’ve emptied cache, browsing history and tried other computers and other browsers. Tried deactivating plug-ins and switching themes, these didn’t fix the issues.

I’m not tech-savvy enough to do anything with FTP, so I haven’t tried that. Do you know what I could do at this point to fix these issues?
