Drop down menu not working

    Observed: The menu displays and hover over works correct, but the 2 menus with sub-menus display incorrectly by adding free space to the page and than vanish if you try to mouse over the options.

    Desired: Sub-menus should properly display below parent, and be visible for mouse click.

    I tried rearranging the menu order, but this has not made any difference.
    I have deactivated all plugins, no difference

    WP Ver: 4.9.8
    Them Ver: 4.6.7
