Drop down menu not working

On my website’s navigation menu, there are a couple of dropdown options under “Work”. But when I hover over it, the submenu appears below the word “Work” with a big chunk of space in between instead of right under. And when I try to click on one of the options, the submenu simply goes away. The submenu seems to be working on mobile and tablet devices, but not on laptops. I tried several different laptops to test that out. The problem persists for more than a month, during which I updated my theme (Astra) to the newest version, sought out help from my host site but didn’t get any luck. Can someone please help?
