• I have been having issues with my site for the last week or so and I believe they are due to the theme.

When I am on desktop and hover over the dropdown menus, it does not show the dropdown fields. When I am in the customizer, it does show it working properly but it is not on live.

similarly, when on mobile, if the hamburger menu is clicked, it loads the homepage. It does not show the dropdown menus

I also had a similar issue with my account registration page- It originally displayed log in or register, if clicking on register it would refresh the log in page- I was only able to fix this by selecting “side by side” option

I have cleared the cache and optimized critical CSS loading (through jetpack boost) after making any changes and still no luck.

I am even running the most recent update from today MArch 27th 2024.

Any help with diagnosing and fixing these issues?

    As an update-

I checked all plug ins and none seemed to be causing the issue.

I was able to return the dropdown menu functionality by deselecting the “display quick view button” mode in customizer for this plug in

Obviously something is broken with the theme and how it communicates with the display quick view button command, I should be able to use the button and I could before the last 7-10 days.

I now have an issue where any products with both a featured image and a gallery image do not show anything when in shop view, but do show image on an individual products page.

Should I open a New ticket?

I also had to install the OceanWP plugin- I had an error message when I went to the WPocean tab on my backend.

This has since resolved my issues, but the “display quick view button” when toggled on still does not show the button currectly.
