Drop down menus disappeared with 4.5

    Current version is 4.5 Theme is Expo18. Site is https://www.ytvc.com.au
    After upgrading to 4.5 from 4.4.2 the dropdown menus don’t show on main menus and a countdown timer disappeared from the top right corner of page. As a quick workaround I have moved the sub menu items to primary menu items, eg Agenda previously had sub menu of agenda+Speakers+Testimonials. Training had two submenus. I have deactivated all plugins and changed to 2015 theme with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    @lostit11: Sorry, you’re using a premium/paid theme. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.

    I think he fixed it, the drop downs work perfectly now ??

    Hi Could you please let us know what was done to sort out the problem.
    My site was developed by a third party and I do not have access to the support site.

    Turns out my paid theme had an update at the same time as the WP update from 4.2.2 to 4.5. I changed themes to 2016, deleted the purchased theme. Reinstalled and activated the paid theme then updated the paid theme. All is now working. My tip, don’t update WP and your theme at the same time. Update both separately as this caused me all the drama. Good luck everyone.
