Drop-Down Menus Don't Work after Update

  • Hello,

    I just recently updated my wp site from 3.9.7 to 4.2.4 and I’m running the Finance theme from Themepix. Here is my site: https://www.scottimmigration.com/

    I have a red menu bar at the top of the page, and before the update there used to be drop-down menus with every section of it. Now they are gone. (They are all still present in the ‘menus’ section of my theme when I’m on the dashboard, though.)

    Any advice on how I can get these back? If I switch to a default Twenty-Ten theme then all the menus show up at the top, but obviously that’s not what I want since I created sub-menus for a reason. Any help would be much appreciated!

    which menu is selected as the active menu in the custom menu area?

    Menu 1, the primary menu (which was the one that was being used before the update).

    can you share a link to a screenshot of the custom menu area inside the dashboard of your menu configuration?

    is there an update of theme version available or are you using the most updated version?
