Drop-down select show page plugin

  • Hello does anyone know a plugin to select 3 or 4 options on combo box and give a page below with information when click on final button like the link in attach?

  • You could do this with a form plugin, see: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tags/forms/ – you would then have to forward the form to a destination after selecting the values ??in the fields. I think you also need conditional rules for this, which not every plugin offers. I am only aware of WPForms, but in the commercial version.
