    I am having the same issue as others — I just noticed the problem last night, so I assume it happened with the February update. The product/ submenus do not drop down, so it is making navigation very difficult, as this is the most used area on our website. I checked the mobile and it appears to work fine in the hamburger menu. I tried the fixes you suggested in previous forums on this topic: 1) Menu Not Working After Upgrade to 1.75
    cpcusteve (@cpcusteve), 2 weeks, 3 days ago; and 2) Top Menu Glitchy, davidatl (@davidatl), 2 weeks, 2 days ago

    but none of those fixes worked. I’m using Sydney Child, and have tested on firefox, chrome, safari and tor.

    I did checking multipe times to reproduce the same issue on my test site. But I can’t get the same issue. Perhaps it is a site-specific issue.

    Can you write us to our own support forums at https://forums.athemes.com/ as we may need to request login credentials (that is not allowed here in the WP.org community forum) to your website, so I can investigate your issue directly?

    very strange. it might be my system on my computer. i upgraded the theme now on the live site and with my machine i cannot access the dropdown menu – not on firefox, not on chromium (neither on my local install nor on the live site).

    But when i change to my (newer) iMac, the menu works in all three browsers with no problem.
    My local machine is very old and it needs a system update. so will do that and come back to you, if the problem still appears.

    Thank you for getting back.

    Perhaps older version of web browser causes this trouble. Try updating to the latest version to check it web browser version related issue or not.

    Thank you for chiming in.

    I checked your website and it’s currently not running Sydney theme. You wouldn’t get any solution for your website’s problem here, I am afraid. Because you wrote under Sydney forum, that is only aimed for Sydney theme’s users.

    Going further, I’d recommend contacting your theme’s author if you think the trouble is theme-related.
