Drop Down Widget Menu

    Right guys,

    I would like to create a drop down menu in my sidebar; using a widget.

    If you visit this site: https://conservativehome.blogs.com/

    If you scroll down, on the right hand side just below the tweets, you will see a drop down menu that says select blog link.

    How can I recreate this kind of drop down menu with that sort of CSS effect?
