Looking at the site’s system status report I see several plugins active as well as a theme with several template overrides.

When testing, did you use a staging environment? It would be great to see how the behaviour still persists with only WooCommerce core and the default Storefront theme active.

Hi Amanda, The issue was being caused by Essentials grid plugin, Ive disabled it and it has fixed the issue.
