drop menu hides behind featured content

    Added forward effect from plugin, works on every page but the homepage. On homepage modified menu button drops down behind content hiding submenu behind featured post.

    The current template is a draft template and will not be final choice. Is there a fix that doesn’t require using additional css input to template?
