Dropbox account Owner doesn't have the right to delete old backup files

The plugin was set up using WordPress 4.0.1 to save to Dropbox and the owner of the Dropbox account can neither share the folder, unshare the folder, nor delete any of the backup files saved to the folder.
Does the plugin own the Dropbox folder? If so, how can I change the settings?
