Hello.
It worked normally until March 3.
Suddenly, I can not upload to dropbox.
I did the same when I re-authorized my account.
There is still room for dropbox capacity.[LOG]

please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ), re-run the job again and send us debug log.
You can get backup log at : BackWpUp -> Logs

Did you update BackWPUp to the latest version? If not, please try to update now.
Also, try to reauthenticate the job again by going to your job -> Dropbox tab -> App Access to Dropbox -> get Dropbox App Auth code

I reported your issue to our devs 2 days ago, currently, there is another person also got this kind of issue like this.
And I tried to reproduce the issue with my local setup and another VPS (Singapore location) but was not able to reproduce this ??
So I would need help from you with these questions:
– Where your site located?
– What is your Dropbox plan(free user or business) ?
– Please give me the server info by going to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation -> and press “Get debug info”
-This issue only happens with Dropbox backup, correct?

I’ve reported the issue to our developers also Dropbox too, will back to you when having something new.
Also, just for one last test, have you try reauthenticate with both App Access to Dropbox and Full Access to Dropbox permission? If not, please give it a try.

Dropbox API request limit is 25000/month.
The request is currently used up in about three days.
