    Hi, using this plugin for the first time and i get an error message, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleted settings and set it up again but i still get this and it freezes

    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi,

    What is the exact error that you are getting and when does it occur?
    If it happens during backup, please send us a copy of the backup log.
    You can use an online tool such as pastebin.com and post the link here.
