    Hi Rick,

Please file requests in future at updraftplus.com – the www.ads-software.com rules don’t allow these forums to be used for commercial products.

However, since Dropbox is part of the free plugin, I think I can answer this one here and it may help others. The log appears to indicate no connectivity to dropbox.com. You should just try again (in case it was transient); and if the same happens, ask your web hosting company whether or not there is a firewall that disallows outgoing connections (and if there is, request them to unblock it).

    Best wishes,
    David

P.S. Having read the forums of some other backup plugins, it seems that Dropbox is playing up a lot in the last week or so, so it might just be that.

    Thanks, I’ll try it again…
And I’ll take any future questions over the the updrafts plus site,
(close this issue, to avoid trouble with .org)

I have got similar problem with my DB.

    The log says:
Parameter not found: oauth_token – need to reauthenticate this site with Dropbox (if this fails, then you can also try wiping your settings from the Expert Settings section)

It creates an “apps” folder in DB but doesn’t start the backup process.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!
