    Hi Luke,

    The plugin currently doesn’t support multiple character dropcap. It only will dropcap the first character of a word, in your case it’s the quotation mark. I might add the feature in future release but I don’t know when. Otherwise, if you need it in urgent, you can customize the plugin.
