dropcaps for 2.9.2 version

hi guys, i tried to insert a dropcaps, but the only code i found here isnt working on my version

i went to the link of support of that code, but original post is from 5 years a go!!!

i couldnt find any recent information or reference

so theres anybody can help me with this?
