Dropdown arrow in mobile and ipad and hover problems

Hi,

The iPad and mobile version of my website smaksnack.com only shows the arrows for each sub.menu that has a drop-down menu once you click to the right of the sub.menu. I would like the down arrow to show from the beginning and then have an up arrow so they can close the drop-down menu as well. What would the CSS be?

Also the iPad version of my website has the grey hover colour when hovering over all menu titles whilst the mobile version only has it on the once that has a drop-down menu. How do I change so the mobile has the same as the iPad version?
