Dropdown Box Content shows while refresh the page

Hi,

I am a newbie to WordPress. I am using Transposh Widget. It is working great. I have an issue while refresh the page. While refresh the page, the languages which are given in Transposh Plugin dropdown box are showing for a little amount of time. How to fix this error?
