Dropdown box label repeats down whole page

Not sure what is causing this. The code is fine on the backend, but another plugin may be conflicting with the output…
This only started happening today.

I checked the HTML and syntax hasn’t changed. This seems to be a rendering problem.
EDIT: This is a conflict with Custom Post View Generator, the addons will not work together. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/custom-post-view-generator/
Disabled it and running smoothly… cheers.
