Dropdown dynamically values

Currently, in order to display the dropdown with values, you have to manually fill them in (Append drop-down option). Is there any way to display the meta-value dynamically in the dropdown instead of adding it manually? Posts are pulled from the API and I don’t always know what values are being pulled.
