Dropdown list and “other” values?

Hi

Great plugin… works perfectly on the latest WP / WooCommerce

Might it be possible to allow a customer to type their own Town or City into the field if the correct one is not available in the dropdown list? My thinking is that the field would behave more as a suggestions field… as the customer types their City, matching entries from the dropdown list appear below. They can click to select one of the suggestions or if the correct city doesn’t appear, they can continue typing as normal
