Dropdown menu header not showing arrow on right

I deactivated the List Category Post plugin Version 0.68 on a client’s live site, sallyfernandez.com and now it doesn’t display the same header for the drop-down menu with the little arrow at the right (sallyfernandez.com/shop in the right sidebar.) I reactivated the plugin, but it still isn’t showing. On the client’s old test site (test.sallyfernandez.com/shop in the right sidebar.) the little arrow at the right shows the correct way. Is there a setting that I need to change, or do I need to add something to the php file? Any ideas what caused this?
