Dropdown Menu in Sidebar

I have a website and the menu must be on the sidebar. I have created the menu with all pages (parent and child pages) but I want to hide child pages and only show them when you click on the parent page. I want to to this thing because my website has a lot of pages. I could not show you live because the website is at the moment only local on my laptop. Is there a plugin to do this? Thank you
