DropDown menu on mobile chrome

Hi,
at the end of site you can see a Contact Form with the drop down menu “Work’s Area”.
If I visit the site with my mobile phone Samsung with Chrome browser I can read “Elementi Selezionati:0” and not the options of drop down menu.
If I select 2 options, I can read “”Elementi Selezionati:2”

The writing “Elementi Selezionati:0” (the writing is in Italian and I’m italian) is it a mobile Chrome setting?
