Dropdown menu with anchor not working

Hey dear community,
sadly i cannot add any anchor to my Dropdown menu just by entering #anchor. Doing this causes following issue:
Clicking on the menu-item makes the page jump to the anchor but than immediatelly reloading the whole page and jumping back to the top.
I found a really unproper solution to make it work, but thats not a way at all for the next few days.
