Dropdown Menus Behind Not Accessible

  • HTML Editor Syntax Highlighter in use on all my wordpress sites.
    Recent issue. The Dropdown Settings menu Submenus cannot be seen so the settings are not accessible. I believe this is a CSS or JavaScript issue with order stacking. The Submenu is underneath, not high enough in the stacking order to stay on top. Using latest version.
