Dropdown Menus stopped Working, Gigpress Plugin Not Working, Needing Help

HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so confused! I honestly don’t know what to do here.. Kind of stuck.

So, I’ve been developing a site using PaperCore, and it’s been going fine… And then, today, I uploaded a Plugin called Gigpress, and prior to that, the dropdown menus were working fine and the sliders were working fine. So then I activated the plugin, and tried to “Add a Show” and it said “You do not have sufficient permissions to do this.”

And then…. The dropdown menus stopped working and so did the home page slider images…. Just like that. Then I disabled the plugin, and then deleted it, and it was still a problem. I changed the Permissions in the FTP for the Plugin folder to 766… seeing if that does anything.

I talked with the web hosting people, because I thought they could help. I installed the same plugin yesterday on somebody else’s website, on a different web hosting server, and it worked fine. But on this server, it’s been giving endless problems. I’m so confused.

Really just want the dropdown menus and the slider image to work again. But I also really want to get Gigpress working. Do you have any ideas????
