dropdown not working in bootstrap theme

    I have a theme I use for most of the sites I build. Dropdown menus have worked on every other site I’ve built using this theme except for this one.

    There should be a services dropdown on this site but it isn’t working.

    This is the exact same theme and as you can see drop downs work perfectly.

    I moved the working theme (daa) to the broken site (national heat) and the dropdowns still didn’t work. I tried disabling all plugins and that didn’t fix it either.

    Anyone have an idea what the dropdown isn’t working?
