Dropdown search stopped working

Similar to others, I had built the site on a subdomain and now transitioned to a different URL. The on-page, dropdown search now returns no results (no dropdown menu or spinning loader icon). If I hit enter it goes to the search results page but I really liked the dropdown with results. Any help?
