Dropdown Values

Hi there

I am looking for a way to amend numbers that are exported in the excel sheet. The dropdowns on my order page have default values assigned for a pricing calculation. There is a base price set plus incremental charges for additional adults and children ordering a set meal. The drop down values are set as 1 = 0, 2 = 1, 3 = 2 and so on. For example, when I export the sheet 1 adult shows as 0 on the sheet, 2 children as 1.

Is there a code snippet I can use to update this so the sheet reflects the selected number on the dropdown, not its ‘value’? Appreciating that the sheet will likely download the values directly from the database.
