Dropdowns are absolute

Hello. This plugin is 90% what I need. I have just one issue/question.

I have a field in my talent database called body_type. It is multi-select that allows the user to choose more than one option. The result in the database looks something like this:
Athletic| Muscular| Stocky

To search this field, I would like to use a dropdown select with options like this:

Average
Athletic
Petite
Muscular
Stocky

However, dropdowns do not seem to allow for “LIKE” comparison or “CONTAINS” comparisons. Is there any way to make a dropdown in which “Muscular” has been selected show me the talent whose body_type field is Athletic| Muscular| Stocky?

Will the paid version accomplish this?
