Dropdowns on Specific Plugin/Theme Forums Broken

When I’m on the specific theme and plugin support forums, the menu doesn’t work, i.e the ‘Download & Extend’, ‘Learn’, ‘Community’ and ‘About’ links don’t “drop down” anymore. The Twenty Twenty-Three support forum doesn’t work and the Sermon Manager plugin doesn’t work either. This forum is fine. Also, if I log out, everything works fine.

I’m using Windows 10 and latest Firefox. Using the latest Chrome and Brave do the same. Had an update to Windows 10 a few days ago, so that may have been the culprit.

I can reproduce this.

And I’m on Windows 11, so it doesn’t seem related to a Windows 10 update.
