    Hi Ooohboi
I need to downgrade the plugin from 2.1.6 to 2.1.4, because I upgraded by error and the new version is not compatible with my Elementor.
How can I do this in a safe way? I′m afraid to loose all the old Steroids settings I made in layout templates ??

Deactivate or uninstall the current version? Or better try to replace the plugin using FTP? Please help, this is the first time this has happened to me.

I dared to do it with FTP and everything turned out ok.
Thanks, sorry for the basic question but I panicked.

Could you please provide the steps you took to downgrade via FTP?

    Hi @mastema93
    The steps were:
    1) Deactivate the OoohBoi Steroids for Elementor plugin v.2.1.6
    2) Rename the plugin directory on /wp-content/plugins/ooohboi-steroids-for-elementor, using FTP
    3) Download the version 2.1.4 from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ooohboi-steroids-for-elementor/advanced/
    4) Upload and unzip the zip file on /wp-content/plugins/
    5) Activate the OoohBoi Steroids for Elementor plugin v.2.1.4 on WordPress administrator.
    6) Uninstall the old version on WordPress administrator.

    Best regards,

@ianakarina how did you keep the current 2.1.6 settings active with the previous version? I’m looking at downgrading myself as well because it’s not fully working yet.
