Drupal v. WordPress

I am getting ready to redesign an extremely old and outdated website (it uses tables!) It is for a medium sized business. So my question is should I use wordpress or drupal. I am sure you are thinking wordpress (I am posting this on a WP forum), but why? Could someone provide some insight as to the differences and pros/cons of each? I do have plans to put in things like forms, newsletters, etc.

I made some dev sites that use the latest version of both and it is a very close call so far. As of this post I am leaning more towards drupal.
