Trying to import a number of files and the dry run seems to be working properly but when I toggle off the dry run, it doesn’t progress past 0 successful. I deactivated all of my other plugins.

Interesting, but it’s hard to figure out what’s wrong without some error or more details. Maybe try to open Network tab in Chrome DevTools, then run “Import” and see if there is some error there, or turn on debugging (manually or with some WP plugins).

I’m really not sure how else can I help without instructions on how to replicate the issue on my side.

could i can give you an access to the website, if you want to check where is the problem ?

Thanks for the help. I gave up and just purchased a transferring service (was moving my site from .com to .org). Was having difficulty on all plugins.

Hey @steph66, well, I could take a look, but I’d have to be “Administrator” to access this plugin.

So I’d suggest if you can first try to check that Network tab. As it’s explained here for example: https://www.section.io/blog/chrome-developer-tools-tutorial-network/

And then when you run the import you should see what’s actually happening in the background.

@innoiso yeah, if moving the whole site, other approaches are a preferred choice. This plugin is more for some edge cases.
