DSGVO problem with Paypal Payments

    Hi,
    I have installed the latest version of the plug-in WooCommerce Paypal Payments. Everything is running well except that the Paypal cookie is generated without prior asking the user for consent. This is not DSGVO compliant in the EU.
    Can anyone give a suggestion on how to solve this problem?
