    We’ve updated the DTDC tracking URL in AST’s shipping carriers list. To reflect these changes in your store, you’ll need to synchronize the shipping carriers list.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Carriers.
    3. In the top-right corner, you’ll find a drop-down menu. Click on “Sync Carriers” to update the list.

    Please sync again, as we’ve updated the new tracking URL to this: https://www.dtdc.in/trace.asp.

    Unfortunately, there is no direct link with the tracking URL, so you’ll need to manually enter the tracking number on this page.
