Hi, As many were no doubt, i was pressurised by Google to switch to GA4 last month. Done that, but now have a GA4 alongside a legacy UA property. In the dashboard reports, i’d like to show both so that the new property picks up where the old one left off.

I’m using double tracking but i’m only able to view one propert at a time. Have i got it all wrong? Do i need to track the old account just to see the data? Seems wrong.

Thanks for any help and also for your hard work on the plugin!

    Hi,

Tracking GA3 is not possible anymore, since 1st of July, on free accounts.

Displaying combined data from GA3 and GA4 isn’t possible neither on analytics.google.com neither with the plugin. Users who wanted a smooth transition have migrated to GA4 around a year ago, to have a decent set of GA4 collected data at 1st of July 2023.

Thanks for the quick reply. I’ll have to live with it then.

I turned off dual tracking and i’m still able to see the old stats by turning off “use Google Analytics 4 data to generate reports and stats” since i have the two properties linked in General Settings.

I hope this helps anyone else in this situation.
