    Hi,

    Plugin is great.

    Can we setup due date or due time (DEADLINE) on per ticket basis while assigning it to an agent? Something like a deadline field to assign time to each ticket 1 hour, 2 hours, 1 day etc…

    Some kind of field that we can later use in reports to generate results / report or filter tickets in dashboard?
