Duotone PHP Error on WordPress 2.9

Hi
I have just transferred my photoblog from a hosting service to another place.
I was using Duotone and it was working fine!
But now since I have uploaded all files and data in new hosting place, I have faced problem. On the top of the page I get this error:
Warning: Missing argument 1 for is_vertical(), called in […]/wp-content/themes/duotone/functions.php on line 18 and defined in […]/wp-content/themes/duotone/inc/duotonelibrary.php on line 295

Archive does not work as well…inner pages have problems too.

But it couldn’t help me to solve this problem
