duplciations not complete?

I am closing a WP site on a multisite network. I am attempting to close the main site which uses WooCommerce with many products.

During the cloning process I get an “internal server error” and it seems that none of my products got copied. I would like to purchase the pro-version but before I do so I want to ensure that we can complete a full duplication of my site including all my products, pages, settings etc…

I need my two sites (main site and sub-site) on my multisite network to be identical so I can then manage my inventory independently and have orders/users be independent as well.

Please let me know if we can make this work and I will purchase the pro version.
