Duplica el tama?o del archivo

  • Hello, the complement works badly, instead of compressing the weight of the images, what it does is duplicate it, don’t I understand why you double it?

    If I upload a 100K image, what I get is a size of 160kb.

    THIS IS NORMAL?

    Thank you for trying Better Images.

    If the image you are uploading is only 100 kb it sounds to me that the images is already compressed before uploading. In that case you may get a larger image that looks worse since the plugin is compressing an already compressed image.

    This is a default behaviour in WordPress. You are therefore encouraged to only upload original uncompressed images to WordPress.

    If the image is not already compressed please add a link to the original image so that I can take a look at it.
