Duplicate ad blocks inserted on some pages

Hello, I’ve been using Ad Inserter for awhile and finally ran into an issue I can’t figure out on my own.

I recently created an ad block (Block 11) to insert before the table of content on most pages on my site. It has custom CSS for the formatting.

On some pages it works perfectly (like here: https://learningjewelry.com/gemstones/black/), however, on some pages it shows multiple times and I can’t figure out how to remove the extra instances.

My pages all use Thrive Architect, and I was able to remove the text on some of the additional blocks on https://learningjewelry.com/guides/buying-diamonds/diamond-clarity/vs1-diamonds/ but not the border or the entire container.

Even when I disable the block, there are multiple blocks still inserted on those pages. It’s like they somehow got hard-coded into those pages or something.

I have an identical block (Block 12) which gets inserted at the end of each post without duplication issues. So it seems like something is funky with the insertion above the TOC but I can’t figure it out.

I’ve turned on remote debugging.
