Duplicate affiliate accounts being created.

First thing is first. I love this plugin and the affiliates manager plugin. The functionality is solid. However, I encountered an issue when testing my site and it’s that duplicate affiliate accounts get created even before completed checkout. As soon as the checkout button is pressed to process payment even when the payment is declined a new account gets created with an already existing affiliate email.
