• Getting a LOT of duplicate alerts. Makes it really difficult to keep using if I’m getting multiple alerts for each sale. Makes one think that there are more sales than there actually are.

    **EDIT – I simply reported an issue and the dev opted to go the immature and unprofessional route of responding rudely. Downgraded my initial star rating for that alone.

    Please stop using if it is really difficult:

    • I have created this plugin and put free in wordpress repository to help someone, not to trouble.
    • I never got duplicate alerts with many wp updates & other plugins
    • so.. If my plugin is difficult for you, please stop using it,
    • get some alternate ideas like paid notifications, write your own plugin etc.

    Wow… Way to be a jerk and respond so unprofessionally. If you can’t take simple issue reporting, then get out of the plugin business…free or not. Instead of being an a-hole, you could have opted to be mature and ask me about my setup to help narrow down the problem.

I would work hard to resolve. Asso.. gave bad review and expecting to narrow down the problem. and i dont f ing care for your rating. Someone else may get help from my plugin. Loser

    Classic. Immature. I created a review….wait for it…in the review section because it reflects my experience with the plugin. Kinda how it works. I wasn’t asking for support, I was reviewing it based on my experience with it. /smh

    If you didn’t care, you wouldn’t be whining about it. Get over it. Your plugin has a bug that sends off multiple alerts. You can either be profressional and attempt at acting like an adult…or stick with the low rating and review that perfectly documents you unprofessional immaturity.

    You realize that reviews are filed under the support section right? So I did in fact post it in the support section. Though I doubt your response would have been any different had you realized that.

    There may be several issues with woopush-notifications. May be a hundred, because i have written it once and never got time to look at any issues. Currently it works fine for me. I have lots of other projects to handle. In spite of these conditions Why would i help you? Only If you were asking me the help. Right.. Instead, why would i ask ask you about your setup to help narrow down your problem if you were ‘reviewing’ my plugin based on your experience with three or one star. you failed to achieve your objective. if you were asking support without bad rating i would ‘help’. because this ‘help’ makes me feel good and proud. For the same reason i have uploaded this plugin here. Not to earn a dollar.
    And i told i dont care because you mentioned it in your edit. else i wouldnt.
    I am speaking about support tab which has ‘resolved’ and ‘not resolved’ options, not the reviews.

    • You give rating (with review tab) : I dont resolve any issue. (Reason- Only dumb a– can expect to resolve issue through review)
    • You post an issue or ask support (with support tab directly) : I try to resolve issue or give any support (Reason: I feel happy that am supporting or helping you to resolve your issue.)

    Choosing better option is your wisdom.

    Ahhh… So what it boils down to is that you didn’t like the star rating. As if that justifies your childish response. /smh

    Nah… Deal with the bad review and appropriate rating simply because you can’t handle it like an adult. Others will see your in professionalism.

    Haha.. It concludes that you should click review link to write review and support link to request support. Not what i like. kiddo.
    I write here for others to SEE what people get by being dumba– with the dev & plugin because of which they get food. Not to HIDE.

    I take it that reading isn’t your strong suit huh? Again, in plain English, I left a review of the plugin based on my experience with it. No support was asked nor expected. Grow up.

    Wow…do you always whine thus much when you get a bad review? BTW, if you want to be taken seriously, learn to take criticism like an adult. The ability to form a complete sentence wouldn’t hurt either.
