Duplicate Appointment Issue

  • I am developing a website for car glass repair services and I need to incorporate a booking form. I have utilized Contact Form 7 along with your plugin for this purpose. While most of the features are working perfectly, I have noticed that the form permits multiple individuals to select the same time slot for an appointment. To ensure that only one person can select a time slot, I need to deactivate/disable the time slot once it has been selected by someone. Could you advise me on how to achieve this?

    If someone has already booked a time slot, it should be unavailable for others to select. To help you with this, please get in touch with us at https://www.inputwp.com/support/ and share your WordPress admin login details. We may have to deactivate some plugins and change the theme during the troubleshooting process, so having a staging site would be helpful.
