Duplicate attendee records created

    Hi occasionally we are getting 1 payment but a double attendee record created. (attendee records are created when order is changed from pending to processing). When I look at the woocommerce order I see 2 order changed from pending to processing notes and 1 of each IPN payment completed note and 1 PDT payment completed . Any ideas why I might be getting 2 paypal notifications, which is causing the double attendees?
