    hi
When I try to purchase 1 ticket, the cart page displays quantity=1 ticket correctly.
However, when I Proceed to Checkout (when it proceeds to the Attendee Registration page), under the Ticket summary, it shows 2 tickets, and then asks to enter the details for 2 people (even though the price on the Attendee Registration page only has the price for 1 ticket).
I created a dev version of the site. I deactivated all plugins (except those below), and the problem was still evident.
This site uses Divi theme (Version: 4.0.7 – latest). I changed this to 2020 theme, and the problem disappeared, so it may be an incompatibility with Divi.
I also checked this by purchasing 2 tickets. On the Checkout/Attendee Registration page, it showed 4 tickets under Ticket summary (and wanted me to enter details for 4 people). So it looks to be doubling the number for some reason.

    This site uses:
    Event Tickets Version 4.10.11.1
    Event Tickets Plus Version 4.10.10
    The Events Calendar Version 4.9.12
The Events Calendar PRO Version 4.7.10
    WP version 5.3.

    Can you please assist?
    Thanks

  • Hi @bh007,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

The question you’re asking is related to a premium plugin (Event Tickets Plus), and we are actually not allowed to answer to such questions here as the forum is reserved for concerns about free plugins.

So I invite you to open a ticket on The Events Calendar’s website.

Thank you for your understanding ??

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Jeremy
    Thanks for the reply.
I thought that might be the case, and have already looked into that. I have just started to manage this site for a client, so the website and ticketing functionality were built by someone else. As such, we don’t have the login details to submit a ticket via The Event Calendar’s Website.
Is there anything else you can suggest?
    Thanks

    Hi again,

If you have at least the license key of the plugin, we can still help on our support forums. You can submit your question as a “pre-sales” question, and we will help with both the attendee and account access issues.

We are not allowed to assist with the premium plugins here in the .org support forums.

    Thanks for understanding,
    Sky
